My professional background is in hotel management, with a specialisation in cookery and hospitality.
Food is my great love, and I delight in sharing delicious dishes in a warm, hospitable way.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a caterer—both for intimate gatherings and larger groups—so I’m comfortable scaling the kitchen to suit any occasion. Cooking for friends and family is more than a hobby; it’s the centre of my life.
I’ll be joined in the kitchen by a wonderful sidekick—a dear family member I’ve known my whole life. Working together is a huge joy for us, and we love collaborating to create beautiful, nourishing meals for the retreat.
I draw inspiration from the vibrant flavours of Yotam Ottolenghi and other celebrated chefs, constantly exploring new tastes and techniques.
