GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN UP!
Check‑in: Saturday 3 October 2026, 15:00–16:00 (3:00–4:00 pm)
Farewell: Friday 9 October 2026, 09:00 (9:00 am)
LANGUAGE
All workshops will be delivered in English. We can provide translation into Dutch or German for certain parts of the programme, but we are unable to translate entire workshops. Consequently, a reasonable level of English comprehension is preferable. During exercises, breaks, or whenever you have a question, you are welcome to speak in your native language. Occasionally, we may be able to offer translations into other languages, but only if participants are available to assist with those translations.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
There are no single rooms. Rooms accommodate two, three or four occupants and will be allocated at random.
SNORERS AND LIGHT SLEEPERS
Please note that you will be staying in shared accommodation. While the house is beautiful, space for relocating guests is limited. If you know you have a pronounced snoring problem, we recommend exploring possible solutions before signing up. In the interest of a harmonious environment, heavy snorers may be moved to a separate sleeping area. Light sleepers generally fare well at our events, but they should be aware that they will not have a private bedroom. Where possible, we will pair light sleepers together.
FOOD
We do not follow a specific nutritional philosophy, but we strive to serve plentiful, healthy, and delicious meals—including a selection of Burgundian‑style local dishes prepared by our professional cook. If you have any dietary restrictions, or if you are vegetarian, vegan or follow a plant‑based diet, we will do our utmost to accommodate you. You will be invited to indicate your preferences in a questionnaire that will be sent after you have registered for the event.
THE ACCOMMODATION
We will be staying in a beautifully renovated stone farmhouse with a large capacity and an interesting layout of rooms and floors. Please be aware that there are steps and staircases which may present challenges for some individuals. If you have any serious disabilities, please contact us beforehand so we can discuss possibilities and any limitations. This is a residential retreat: all participants are required to lodge in the house rather than in hotels, camper‑vans, or local accommodation.
HOW TO REACH THE ACCOMMODATION
You can travel to the venue by car (details forthcoming). The nearest train station is Liège‑Guillemins (Belgium). We will arrange pick‑ups at the station if required and will help organise car‑pooling.
